TUMO named best innovative school by French We Demain mag

PanARMENIAN.Net - TUMO Center for Creative Technologies tops the list of ten best innovative schools worldwide, compiled by French magazine We Demain, the center said in a Facebook post.

Among the finalists are the Silicon Valley AltSchool, Fuji Kindergarten in Tokyo and the Steve Jobs Schools.

TUMO Center for Creative Technologies is a free of charge afterschool program that provides young Armenians with skills they need to succeed in a modern, digital world. The first TUMO center was opened in Yerevan in 2011, a second one opening in Dilijan in 2013 in partnership with the Central Bank of Armenia. In the framework of TUMOxAGBU partnership, a branch in Gyumri and another one in Stepanakert were launched in 2015.
