Karabakh refutes Azeri claims of ceasefire agreement breachApril 6, 2016 - 17:49 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagorno Karabakh Republic refuted Azeri misinformation, suggesting that Armenian troops violated the ceasefire deal by firing from various caliber mortars on April 6. According to Karabakh’s statement, Artsakh Defense Army units strictly follow the agreement on the maintenance of ceasefire. The parties to the Karabakh conflict agreed on a bilateral ceasefire along the contact line which came into force at midday, April 5. Prior to that, on the night of April 1-2, Azerbaijani armed forces initiated overt offensive operations in the southern, southeastern and northeastern directions of the line of contact with Nagorno Karabakh.
