  RA President to depart for France February 17February 12, 2007 - 18:16 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - February 17 Armenian President Robert Kocharian will depart to France on a formal visit, RA leader's Spokesman Victor Soghomonyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.
