Disney's "Pete's Dragon" unleashes new imagesApril 16, 2016 - 12:34 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A series of new images for Disney's new take on the classic children's story "Pete's Dragon" has been unleashed via Entertainment Weekly, AceShowbiz reports. One of the pictures gives a first look at the giant elusive creature's face. The beast is seen staring down his tiny human pal. The movie is directed by David Lowery ("Ain't Them Bodies Saints"). It is due in U.S. theaters August 12. It stars Oakes Fegley as Pete, Robert Redford as old wood carver Mr. Meacham, and Bryce Dallas Howard as his daughter Grace. It's also supported by Wes Bentley and Karl Urban. For years, Mr. Meacham has delighted local children with his tales of the fierce dragon that resides deep in the woods of the Pacific Northwest. His daughter never believes him until she meets a mysterious boy named Pete. She then sets out to determine where Pete came from and the truth about this dragon.
