Georgia hopes to get go-ahead for NATO late 2007-early 2008February 15, 2007 - 17:49 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Georgy Baramidze, the Georgian State Minister for European and North Atlantic integration, voiced hope that the Action plan for accession to NATO will be ratified late 2007- early 2008. "We are carrying out serious work for the purpose," Baramidze said reminding that the NATO assessment mission will visit Georgia February 19-23. The Georgian Defense Ministry informed that NATO experts will meet with ministry officials and commanders of the General Staff.
