OSCE PA restates support for Minsk Group format in Karabakh conflictMay 3, 2016 - 16:55 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Use of force in Nagorno Karabakh is unacceptable; the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly fully supports the Minsk Group mediation in the conflict, president of the Parliamentary Assembly Ilkka Kanerva said. Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with Kanerva in Helsinki to brief him on Azerbaijan’s recent aggression as well as Armenia and OSCE’s efforts for overcoming the consequences of violence.
