Germany calls on Baku and Yerevan to come to agreement

PanARMENIAN.Net - Germany and the European Union follow the development of the Azerbaijan-Armenia relations very closely, said Gunter Gloser, the German Minister of State for Europe. "As a member of the OSCE Minsk-Group, Germany supports negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia. Germany is convinced that only a consensual resolution of open bilateral relations can seal stability and peace in the South Caucasus. We encourage both countries to negotiate an agreement on the basis of the proposals put forward by the Co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group," he said, reports Trend news agency.
