Long-awaited new Stone Roses music “coming this week”May 11, 2016 - 14:15 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The hugely anticipated Stone Roses reunion might have suffered a setback this week after drummer Reni fractured his ribs, but it looks like new music is just around the corner, Gigwise reports. After announcing a string of reunion dates, including four shows at Manchester’s Etihad Stadium, the band confirmed that they were working on new music back in March. It’s not all gone smoothly since then though. The band have been forced to cancel two gigs in Tokyo scheduled for next month after Reni “had an accidental fall and fractured two ribs.” It’s not all bad news though. Twitter user Lewis Jones posted a photo of himself and bassist Mani, alongside the assertion that there’s a “new stone roses single out next week, come from the man him self!!
