He said, most probably he will meet with his Armenian counterpart in mid March. An international forum is scheduled in Geneva on Human rights, and Azerbaijan will take part in it in the person of foreign minister. It is expected that Armenian FM Vartan Oskanian will also visit Geneva. E. Mamedyarov also said, he had discussed the Nagorno Karabakh settlement issue with his Kazakh counterpart Murat Tazhin.
