Legendary picks up Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson’s "Skyscraper"May 27, 2016 - 14:57 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson continues to be the most wanted man in Hollywood. The relentless actor has added an action movie described as "Die Hard in China" to his pile of work which already includes "Jumanji", "Fast and Furious 8" and "The Janson Directive", AceShowbiz said. Johnson will be re-teaming with "Central Intelligence" director Rawson Marshall Thurber for the new action film officially titled "Skyscraper". The project sparked a bidding war between big studios such as Sony, Paramount and New Line. It was Legendary and Universal who eventually won the rights as they reportedly made a seven-figure offer. "Mary Parent, who runs Legendary now, was said to be aggressive in wooing the property from other bidders," Deadline reported.
