OSCE to monitor Karabakh contact line June 8![]() June 7, 2016 - 12:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The OSCE Mission will on Wednesday, June 8 conduct a planned monitoring of the line of contact between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan, in the eastern direction of Kuropatkino settlement of Karabakh’s Martuni region. From the positions of the Karabakh Defense Army, the monitoring will be conducted by Field Assistant of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Jiri Aberle (Czech Republic) and Personal Assistant to the Personal Representative of the CiO Simon Tiller (Great Britain). Karabakh authorities have expressed readiness to assist the OSCE Mission members during the monitoring and to ensure their security. The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington. The CSTO budget for the current year requires adjustments due to the refusal of Yerevan to pay their share of contributions. Six total incidents have burned 19 old-growth trees. Friday night 8 trees were torched along the beautiful main entrance.
