Saint Petersburg to host summit on Karabakh conflict![]() June 9, 2016 - 18:05 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A tripartite summit on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict will be held in Saint Petersburg. Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister, State Secretary Grigory Karasin on Thursday, June 9 met with French envoy Jean-Maurice Ripert and French Foreign Ministry's ambassador-at-large for Eastern Partnership, Pierre Andrieu. At the meeting, the parties discussed the Ukraine crisis, as well as the conference on the Karabakh conflict to be held in the Russian city. The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
