  Kars-Akhalkalaki-Baku railroad construction may be launched in JulyMarch 19, 2007 - 12:57 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish Ambassador to Baku Huseyn Avni Garslioglu said that construction of the Kars-Akhalkalaki-Baku railroad may be launched in July. The project will be implemented due to persistency of the sides, he added.The Turkish diplomat also said a minor part of preparation works including purchase of lands on the route should be accomplished and construction is likely to start in early July, reports Day.az.
