The new feature, called #Stickers, allows you to add scribbles or symbols - including masks and emoji - to photos you tweet. You can also resize, rotate, place them anywhere you like, and use as many as you want. The most innovative and interesting aspect of the upcoming feature, though, is how the stickers will act as hashtags.
