OSCE CiO's personal representative Andrzej Kasprzyk will also attend the meeting.They will discuss the current stage of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict and organize a regular meeting of the Armenian and Azeri FMs. Afterwards they will submit new proposals to the FMs. According to Russian Co-chair Yuri Merzlyakov, the ministerial meeting will take place on April 25 in Astana in the framework of the Council of CIS Foreign Ministers.
