Users will be able to make calls to the country without charge through Hangouts, Google Voice and Project Fi from anywhere in the world. You can dial on your smartphone with the Hangouts app, or your computer at hangouts.google.com or via Gmail. Google said in a statement: "To all those affected by the attack in Nice, you're in our thoughts." As well as the free calls, the company will also provide information to those in and around the Nice area through a Google Now card. It will be updated with information from French authorities once it becomes available.
