President Sargsyan condemns Munich attack, express condolences

PanARMENIAN.Net - President Serzh Sargsyan on Saturday, July 23 sent a letter of condolences to German President Joachim Gauckover the gun attack in Munich.

The gunman who killed at least nine people and then committed suicide had likely acted alone, German police said.

“This tragedy proved once again the importance of international unity to eradicate all the manifestations of extremism,” President Sargsyan said.

"At a time of grief and loss, I express my deepest condolences to you, the people of Germany, and the families of the victims, wishing a speedy recovery to the injured.”
