  Kocharian discussed electoral processes in Armenia with OSCE and PACE observersApril 14, 2007 - 15:01 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Yesterday Armenian President Robert Kocharian hosted members of OSCE and PACE (Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe) observation missions, the presidential Press Office reported.
