The press office of the company reports that the deal totals about 38.6 million or 1/9 of the final cost that "Vympelkom" paid for the 90 percent of share stocks of "ArmenTel" in 2006. The Russian company will also pay 10 percent of undisposed income that were received by ArmenTel during the period after "Vympelkom" completed the deal of obtaining the 90-percent share stocks from Greek OT till the moment of completing the deal with the Armenian Government on the 10-percent share stocks, IA Regnum reports.![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
