Karabakh president, Armenia Defense Minister talk army building strategies

PanARMENIAN.Net - Nagorno Karabakh President Bako Sahakyan on Monday, August 22 met Armenia’s Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan.

At the meeting, the two discussed a number of issues related to army building and cooperation between the two Armenian states in this sector.

Karabakh Prime Minister Arayik Haroutyunyan, vice premier Arthur Aghabekyan, defense minister Levon Mnatsakanyan, Armenia’s deputy defense minister-head of the logistic support department Movses Hakobyan and other officials were present at the meeting.
