The short behind-the-scenes clip, which comes from a longer sneak peek featured on the 25th anniversary re-release of the original film, shows Emma Watson and Dan Stevens at the movie's table read getting into their characters Belle and the cursed prince respectively, AceShowbiz said. In the 47-second video, director Bill Condon is also seen explaining why the time is perfect to do the live-action version of the classic fairy tale. There is not much new footage to see in the video, but it offers glimpses of some of the movie's stunning visuals which include a snowy castle, a grand ballroom and new versions of Cogsworth and Lumiere. The upcoming big-screen adaptation of the classic fairy tale follows a bright, beautiful and independent young woman who is taken prisoner by a beast in his castle. Despite her fears, she befriends the castle's enchanted staff and learns to look beyond the Beast's hideous exterior and realize the kind heart and soul of the true Prince within. The live-action movie is set to hit U.S. theaters on March 17, 2017. It also adds Luke Evans as Gaston, Kevin Kline as Maurice, Josh Gad as Lefou, Ewan McGregor as Lumiere, Stanley Tucci as Maestro Cadenza, Ian McKellen as Cogsworth, and Emma Thompson as Mrs. Potts.
