Georgian premier visits Armenian Genocide memorial in Yerevan![]() September 5, 2016 - 13:28 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili on Monday, September 5 visited Tsitsernakaberd Armenian Genocide memorial in Yerevan. Arriving at Zvartnots international airport, Kvirikashvili’s delegation headed to the memorial to pay tribute to the memory of 1.5 million victims of the Genocide. The Armenian Genocide has been recognized by some 30 countries around the globe, including Uruguay, France, Russia, Germany, Austria among others. ![]() ![]() The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington. The CSTO budget for the current year requires adjustments due to the refusal of Yerevan to pay their share of contributions. Six total incidents have burned 19 old-growth trees. Friday night 8 trees were torched along the beautiful main entrance.
