Draft agreement on Armenia-Karabakh mutual assistance ready![]() September 6, 2016 - 16:26 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The draft agreement on mutual assistance with Nagorno Karabakh is ready, Armenia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan said Tuesday, September 6. “The draft is ready, Armenian and Karabakh leaderships are to make final decisions though,” he said. Kocharyan reminded that processes surrounding the Nagorno Karabakh conflict have been ongoing for the last 20 years. “Regular meetings are being organized, but, as you know, Azerbaijan violates even those agreements that have been reached around negotiating tables,” Yerkir cited him as saying. “The sides agreed at summits in Vienna and Saint Petersburg to maintain stability on the contact line, but Azerbaijan basically violates this precondition.” ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
