Decker's concert is organized by Mezzo Production, with Honored Artist of Armenia Norayr Davtyan serving as the artistic director of the event. A Puerto Rican himself, Decker changed his surname to Deckeryan after collaborating with musician Ara Gevorgyan and “falling in love” with the Armenian culture.
