Artur Davtyan elected as Armenia's Prosecutor General

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia's National Assembly on Thursday, September 15 elected the only candidate, Artur Davtyan, as the country's new Prosecutor General.

Davtyan was the Deputy Presocutor General before.

103 MPs participated in the vote.

The chief prosecutor's post had been vacant since August 4 when Gevorg Kostanyan submitted his resignation due to health problems.
