Armenia to display Smerch systems at Independence Day parade![]() September 16, 2016 - 18:00 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia will showcase Smerch multiple rocket launchers during the Independence Day Parade on September 21. The systems include 9A52-2 and 9A52-2 Smerch launch vehicles, 9Տ234 or 9Տ234-2 transloaders, 300mm rockets and other fire control equipment, as well as a 1B44 Meteorological Complex. It has been known for a while that Armenia was planning to acquire 9M351 cumulative fragmentation rockets with a firing range of 90 km.
