PanARMENIAN.Net - May 8 Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov sent congratulatory messages to CIS FMs on the Victory Day, the RF MFA press office reports. Messages were sent to Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine.
