Keanu Reeves as legendary hitman in “John Wick: Chapter 2” posterSeptember 22, 2016 - 11:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Lionsgate has released the first poster for "John Wick: Chapter Two". It sees Keanu Reeves who is back as the legendary hitman in the follow-up to 2014's "John Wick". He can be seen dressing in a "bulletproof" suit and getting ready to continue his adventures. Directed by Chad Stahelski from a script written by Derek Kolstad, "John Wick: Chapter Two" follows the legendary hitman John Wick who is forced to back out of retirement by a former associate plotting to seize control of a shadowy international assassins' guild. Bound by a blood oath to help him, John travels to Rome where he squares off against some of the world's deadliest killers. Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Stahelski explains what to expect from the second movie. "I would say we had twice as much action as the first movie," the helmer says. "We took it all a full notch up as far as the driving car stuff went. A great portion of the car chase in the opening of the film is Keanu, which is very impressive." Set to hit U.S. theaters on February 10, 2017, the upcoming action flick also stars Bridget Moynahan, Ruby Rose, Common, Ian McShane, John Leguizamo, Peter Stormare, Lance Reddick and Laurence Fishburne. The first footage from the film will be screened at New York Comic Con on Saturday, October 8 during the Lionsgate panel at the Theater at Madison Square Garden.
