Austria to prioritize Karabakh settlement as OSCE chiaring country![]() September 23, 2016 - 12:03 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict will be among the priorities of Austria's chairmanship of the OCSE in 2017, Foreign Minister Sebastian Kurz said, according to Trend. Addressing the United Nations General Assembly, Kurz said Austria will prioritize the settlement of conflicts in Nagorno Karabakh, Ukraine, Georgia and Transnistria. The country is assuming CSTO chairmanship in January 2017. The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington. The CSTO budget for the current year requires adjustments due to the refusal of Yerevan to pay their share of contributions. Six total incidents have burned 19 old-growth trees.
