"We partner with Iran on drug traffic issues. CSTO is an open organization and if Iran issues a bid, we will consider it," he said, RIA Novosti reports.Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan are members of the CSTO.
