  Vartan Oskanian likely to hold office of RA FMMay 16, 2007 - 15:33 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Prime Minister Serge Sargsyan told reporters today that Vartan Oskanian is most likely to hold the office of the RA Foreign Minister. "I think Vartan Oskanian will retain the office. Foreign policy, defense and security departments are under the President's authority," Serge Sargsyan said. The incumbent government headed by Serge Sargsyan will function till May 31, the day of the first sitting of the 4th convocation parliament.
