He demanded to annul the voting results of the 11th constituency, where he was running for parliamentarian mandate on majority system. The Ex-World Boxing Champion said his decision is conditioned with the visit of Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan on May 21. The Premier personally met the former candidate and asked to stop the hunger strike, assuring him that if any questions exist he will discuss them in some days. "I am grateful to the Prime Minister that he found a minute and visited me," Hakobkokhyan underlined, adding that he "is a law-abiding citizen and a man who respects officials" and that's why he realized Prime Minister's request.
