  Azerbaijan uses Istiglal, Dragunov sniper rifles to shell Karabakh posts October 13, 2016 - 10:38 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - 55 ceasefire violations by the Azerbaijani army were registered along the contact line with Nagorno Karabakh overnight on October 12-13. Azeri forces, in particular, used various caliber firearms to fire some 1000 shots towards the Armenian positions. Also, Azeri troops employed Istiglal and Dragunov sniper rifles in the south and east of the contact line.
