  OSCE CiO to meet NKR President in YerevanJune 4, 2007 - 14:39 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - During a regional visit OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos will meet NKR President Arkady Ghukasian June 5, the press office of the NKR representation in Yerevan reported.Mr Moratinos is arriving in the region to complete preparations for the Kocharian-Aliyev meeting to be held in the framework of the CIS informal summit in Saint Petersburg June 9-10.
