Passenger traffic at Yerevan airport grows by a third![]() November 8, 2016 - 11:13 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The passenger traffic at Yerevan’s Zvartnots international airport has soared by 32% in October 2016 as compared to the same period last year. According to the General Department of Civil Aviation, 1,747,926 passengers have used the services of the airport in January-October 2016, registering a 9.5% year-on-year increase. In the reporting period, 13,290 tons of cargo has been transported, up by 81% against the same period in 2015. ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
