1st look at Michael Keaton as The Vulture in “Spider-Man: Homecoming”November 9, 2016 - 17:39 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A new image featuring a concept art of The Vulture in "Spider-Man: Homecoming" has landed online. It shows a very practical version of the costume that will be donned by Michael Keaton's villainous character in antagonizing Tom Holland's webcrawler, AceShowbiz reports. Though the image, which was shared by Reddit user Mackey_oo, is not in high-resolution, it offers a close look at the costume with a pair of black stealth-like wings and a face-covering helmet. The suit is completed with a brown leather jacket, military styled trousers and a pair of boots that have mechanical talons. Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige previously confirmed Keaton's casting as The Vulture to Toronto Sun. "We've had a wish list and most of them in the near-term are coming together," he said. "Cate Blanchett is playing Hela in 'Thor: Ragnarok'. Michael Keaton's Vulture in ['Spider-Man: Homecoming'] is something. And of course, finally, we're showcasing Josh Brolin's Thanos [in 'Avengers: Infinity War']. We're looking forward to that very much." "Spider-Man: Homecoming" will swing into U.S. theaters on July 7, 2017. Directed by Jon Watts from a script provided by John Francis Daley and Jonathan M. Goldstein, it centers on young Peter Parker who, after making his sensational debut in "Captain America: Civil War", begins to navigate his newfound identity as the web-slinging superhero. The upcoming superhero flick also stars Marisa Tomei and Robert Downey Jr., who will reprise their roles as May Parker and Tony Stark respectively. Other cast members include Zendaya Coleman, Donald Glover, Jacob Batalon, Laura Harrier, Tony Revolori, Tyne Daly and Bokeem Woodbine.
