Armenia Ombudsman talks Baku violence at OMCT meetingNovember 22, 2016 - 16:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian human rights defender Arman Tatoyan on Monday, November 21 met with the chief of the World Organization Against Torture (OMCT),Gerald Staberock, to discuss the violence unleashed by Azerbaijan against Nagorno Karabakh in early April.
