Yerevan airport traffic grows by 29% in November![]() December 7, 2016 - 12:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The passenger traffic at Yerevan’s Zvartnots international airport soared by 29% in November 2016 as compared to the same period last year. According to the General Department of Civil Aviation, 1,916,522 passengers have used the services of the airport in January-November 2016, registering an 11% year-on-year increase. In the reporting period, 15,848 tons of cargo has been transported, up by 84.1% against the same period in 2015. The traffic at airport grew by 32% in the previous month, while 9.5% more passengers used the services of the airport in the first ten months of 2016. ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
