Karabakh controls frontline situation as Azeri troops violate truce

PanARMENIAN.Net - More than 40 ceasefire violations by the Azerbaijani army were registered along the contact line with Nagorno Karabakh overnight on December 9-10.

In the reporting period, Azeri troops fired around 800 shots from various caliber firearms and grenade launchers. Violations were especially intense in the eastern direction of the frontline.

Karabakh defense army units retaliated only in case of extreme necessity to continue controlling the situation along the contact line.

Around 65 ceasefire violations by the Azerbaijani army were registered along the contact line the previous night.
