He said, PACE makes efforts to decrease the tension between the two countries, however still those efforts do not bring progress. "Nothing has changed since my previous visit to the region. At the same time I must underline that during my separate meetings with Armenian and Azeri delegations in PACE we have come to the conclusion that it is necessary to change sentiments in both societies for sooner resolution of the Karabakh conflict," the PACE President underscored.
