  RA parliamentary delegation to observe presidential election in NKRJuly 16, 2007 - 16:20 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian parliamentary delegation led by Vice Speaker Ishkhan Zakaryan will observe the presidential elections in Nagorno Karabakh scheduled for July 19. The delegation includes Gagik Minasyan and Areg Ghukasyan (RPA), Armen Rustamyan and Gagik Gevorgyan (ARF Dashnaktsutyun), Artashes Avoyan (Orinats Yerkir) and Larisa Alaverdyan (Heritage party), the RA NA press office reported. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
