Peter Semneby to focus on Karabakh problem in Baku

PanARMENIAN.Net - EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus, Mr Peter Semneby will arrive in Azerbaijan July 19 to discuss development of the EU-Azerbaijan relations. During the 2-day visit Mr Semneby is going to hold consultations with country's top officials and NGO representatives.



Mr Semneby will also hold talks with the Minister of Foreign Affairs to consider the Nagorno Karabakh conflict peaceful settlement, Trend reports.



Peter Semneby last visited Armenia June 16. He was also scheduled to pay a visit to Stepanakert, however, halfway to the NKR he changed route and returned to Yerevan. The causes of this decision are not known yet.



Mr Semneby has numerously stated his intention to visit Nagorno Karabakh.
