The document says, proceeding from the wish to strengthen the friendly relations between the two countries and cooperation that represent mutual interest and following principles set by the UN Regulations and international law, the two countries are ready to develop relations based on mutual respect, self-determination, territorial integrity and non-intervention into affairs of other countries, the RA MFA Press Office reports.![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
