Baku says talks on Karabakh conflict settlement "have reached deadlock"

PanARMENIAN.Net - Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Araz Azimov says talks on the Nagorno Karabakh Karabakh conflict settlement "have reached a deadlock". A. Azimov made this statement on Friday after OSCE Minsk Group American Co-Chair Matthew Bryza had a three-hour meeting with Azeri Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov. According to Deputy FM A. Azimov, the cause of this is the stance of Armenians, "who are avoiding concrete things in the last moment". "The way out from this situation is the step-by-step settlement of the conflict. However, the Armenian side sabotages it," he underscored, Day.az reports.
