"The OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs have proposed a meeting on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference," Edward Nalbandian said. "They have also suggested to organize a summit of Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers." Such a meeting will take place if Baku doesn't back off, he added. "I can't confirm at the moment as it is still unclear what games Baku will play this time as they have done on many other occasions in the past. I mean, we agree on one thing, but they cite at the last minute some problems, even blaming the refusal to meet on the Armenian side," Nalbandian said. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
