The Armenian leader is accompanied by Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian, Defense Minister Mikael Harutyunyan, MPs Armen Rustamian and Hranush Hakobian as well as Yerevan Mayor Yervand Zakharyan. Delegations from Abkhazia and South Ossetia will also take part in the ceremony, Novosti Armenia reports.
