"President Kocharian has numerously stated that in his opinion Serge Sargsyan is the only statesman eligible for the post," he said. When commenting on RA first President Levon Ter-Petrosyan's nomination, Mr Soghomonyan said Ter-Petrosyan possesses a constitutional right to file his candidacy.
