"The OSCE MG doesn't deal with initiatives of Armenian political forces," he emphasized. August 28, head of Heritage Armenian opposition faction Raffi K. Hovannisian introduced a draft bill "On recognition of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic" to the Armenian National Assembly.
