WASHINGTON TO CONTINUE EFFORTS TO SETTLE KARABAKH CONFLICT

PanARMENIAN.Net - The US will continue its efforts to settle the Nagorno Karabakh conflict within the framework of the OSCE Minsk group. Coordinator of US aid to European and Eurasian countries William Tailor stated it in Baku. In his words, the settlement of the problem via peaceful means fits the interests of both Armenia and Azerbaijan. As US ambassador to Azerbaijan Ross Wilson added, the Washington policy concerning the Nagorno Karabakh problem had not changed and aimed at continuing the negotiations, keeping the cease-fire regime and attaining mutually beneficial peace.
