Karabakh troops retaliate to suppress Azerbajan's attacks

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijani armed forces on February 22 and the night through February 23 continued violating the ceasefire on the contact line with Nagorno Karabakh. The latter’s forces retaliated to suppress the rival’s attacks, as a result of which an Azerbaijani soldier was killed.

In the reporting period, Azerbaijani troops used various caliber firearms, D-44 divisional guns and mortars to fire more than 1600 shots.

The Nagorno Karabakh defense ministry said in a statement that its troops continue controlling the situation along the contact line.
